Delivery, payment & returns

Delivery

  • Online-shop delivery is available only within Estonia.
  • Omniva parcel locker delivery. Paid orders are prepared and handed to Omniva within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. The current delivery fee is shown at checkout before the order is placed; the carrier estimate starts from 1 day after handover to Omniva.
  • Free pickup from Alba Beauty Studio, Poordi 5, Tallinn, after confirmation that the order is ready.

Payment

  • Online card payment through Stripe is available for Omniva delivery and studio pickup.
  • For studio pickup, payment on collection by cash or card may be available when offered at checkout.

Returns

  • Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods by emailing us before the period expires.
  • After the withdrawal notice, return the goods within the following 14 days to AlbaAura OÜ, Poordi tn 5, 10156 Tallinn, Estonia.
  • For hygiene reasons, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply to sealed cosmetics after the protective or hygiene seal has been opened.
  • For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct return cost. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, AlbaAura OÜ covers reasonable return costs.
  • Valid refunds, including standard original delivery, are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; the refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.
